Overview

In this role you will design, develop, and troubleshoot software within the Enterprise Observability Platforms to deliver secure, scalable technology products. You’ll work on cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into robust solutions and measurable improvements. You will leverage AI-assisted development to boost code quality and delivery speed, while upholding secure coding standards. This position combines hands-on engineering with architecture and data visualization to drive continuous improvement. You’ll contribute to a culture focused on resilience, security, and impactful software at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Execute software solutions with thoughtful problem-solving to deliver robust outcomes
  • Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain scalable algorithms
  • Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve quality, speed, and productivity with peer review and automated testing
  • Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications ensuring design constraints are met
  • Gather and analyze large data sets to visualize and report for continuous software improvements
  • Identify hidden data patterns to drive coding hygiene and system architecture improvements
Key requirements
  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts
  • Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript with automated testing
  • Hands-on experience in system design, development, testing, and operational stability
  • Experience coding in a large corporate environment with modern languages and database querying
  • Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools with ability to evaluate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security
  • Understanding of SDLC and agile practices including CI/CD, resilience, and security
  • Experience with UI testing frameworks (Cypress) and UX design (Figma)
