Overview

In this senior Front End role you will architect and implement scalable, secure UI platforms with fullstack capabilities. You’ll set frontend standards, lead architectural decisions, and mentor teams across the software delivery lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams to deliver enterprise-grade web applications that align with governance, security, and design system requirements. Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership for frontend/fullstack development, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and roadmap
  • Develop and enforce UI coding standards, component reuse, testing automation, debugging, performance profiling, and CI/CD practices
  • Lead architecture and implementation of responsive, accessible (WCAG 2.1 AA) web applications using modern frameworks and enterprise design systems
  • Design and optimize RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, BFF layers, and microservices for end-to-end integration
  • Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to meet business goals and drive product/process improvements
  • Solve complex problems by analyzing business processes, data flows, and industry standards
  • Develop cross-domain knowledge of how enterprise architecture, infrastructure, cloud, and security integrate to achieve goals
  • Deliver innovative, resilient technical solutions through in-depth analysis
Key requirements
  • Extensive experience in Applications Development or systems analysis with UI/Frontend expertise and fullstack delivery
  • Subject Matter Expert in at least one frontend area (e.g., React/TypeScript, Design Systems, State Management) with backend integration skills (Node.js, Java/Python, REST/GraphQL)
  • Experience in software systems analysis, programming, and enterprise web app architecture
  • Proven track record delivering complex tech projects within Agile/Scrum
  • Ability to adapt priorities quickly and lead teams
  • Strong technical leadership, project coordination, and mentoring skills
  • Clear and professional communication with technical and executive stakeholders
