Overview

As a Mid Weight Front-end Web Developer, you’ll support the Moneycorp.com website and its digital ecosystem, focusing on front-end delivery while maintaining performance and accessibility. You’ll collaborate with Design, Marketing, Sales and RevOps to keep the site scalable and commercially effective. Your work spans content, integrations and experimentation to improve acquisition, engagement and conversion. This is a hands-on role with growth potential in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and update Moneycorp.com pages, templates and content blocks using Contentful
  • Build, test and deploy front-end features with HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, React and Next.js
  • Support back-end tasks including API integrations and data handling
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and performance optimization
  • Manage integrations across forms, HubSpot, CRM, analytics and marketing platforms
  • Implement tracking scripts via GA4 and GTM for analytics and attribution
  • Contribute to CRO program including A/B test setup, execution and reporting
  • Implement technical SEO improvements and collaborate with Marketing on front-end/SEO enhancements
  • Collaborate with Designer, Marketing and Sales to improve UI/UX and conversions
  • Debug, test, review code and maintain documentation for features and integrations
  • Monitor competitor sites and share innovation recommendations
Key requirements
  • 3–5 years in front-end web development or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, React and Next.js
  • Practical back-end knowledge: APIs, data structures, authentication
  • Experience with Contentful or WordPress and reusable components
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, performance and accessibility
  • Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and tracking
  • Experience with HubSpot forms and analytics
  • Git/GitHub proficiency and collaborative code workflows
  • Good debugging skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent English (additional languages advantageous)
