Front-Office Full-Stack Engineer – Python, C#, React

Harrington Starr is partnering with a leading investment management technology firm to hire a Full-Stack Developer .

This is a hands-on role working closely with front-office users to develop, support and enhance a business-critical investment platform.

The Role:

• Build features across the full stack
• Diagnose and resolve production issues
• Deliver enhancements and longer-term projects
• Monitor platform performance and data quality
• Turn user requirements into practical solutions
• Contribute to testing, code reviews and engineering standards
• Balance live support with new development
• Work closely with senior investment stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

• Strong Python and C# experience
• Front-end experience with React
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving ability
• Experience supporting production systems
• Background in agile software development
• Experience with equities and front-office technology
• Understanding of systematic or quantitative investing
• Pragmatic and delivery-focused approach
• Working closely with key business stakeholders and C-suite
• Development with new and emerging technologies
• Excellent base and bonus structure
