Frontend Developer

In this role you will build and maintain responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React.js, Material UI, HTML and CSS. You will work with backend and frontend teams to ensure precise implementation, strong performance and usability. You will partner with Product Managers to translate complex financial and climate risk requirements into intuitive UX. You will balance aesthetics with usability, maintain consistency, and iterate based on feedback to meet evolving user needs. • Build and maintain responsive UIs using React.js, Material UI, HTML and CSS
• Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to ensure design fidelity and performance
• Work with Product Managers on financial and climate risk requirements to craft user-focused designs
• Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and performance across the platform
• Continuously refine UX by incorporating feedback and applying best practices
• Align with design systems and contribute to UI quality across the product

• Strong proficiency in React.js, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience delivering production-quality code
• Solid UI and visual design experience for modern web apps
• Hands-on UX design and implementation experience
• Proficiency with Figma components, prototyping and design systems
• Attention to visual hierarchy, accessibility, and responsive design
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with designers, developers and product managers
• Proactive stakeholder management and clear design rationale
• Data visualization experience preferred but not required
