We are seeking a Front-End Developer to join one of our delivery teams supporting a large-scale digital transformation initiative. In this role, you will act as a front-end specialist, leveraging your expertise in modern frameworks to build high-quality, scalable user interfaces that enhance the overall client experience.
You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering robust, accessible, and high-performing digital applications in an Agile environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain reusable React components to build scalable user interfaces
- Manage application state using tools such as Redux and React Context API
- Implement navigation and routing using React Router
- Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs to deliver dynamic content
- Write unit and integration tests using tools such as Jest and React Testing Library
- Optimize performance through techniques such as lazy loading , memoization , and efficient use of React hooks
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code using CSS, SCSS, or equivalent
- Design and develop accessible and user-centric interfaces
- Contribute to software architecture and design discussions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and development best practices
- Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends
- Contribute to communities of practice and knowledge sharing
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong experience with TypeScript
- Proven ability to work in Agile environments and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Core Skills Required
- Advanced proficiency in React and modern front-end development practices
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API)
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Proficiency with Git and version control systems
- Experience with DevOps tools (GitHub, Docker, Snyk, etc.)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and TDD practices
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards
- Familiarity with design systems
