Overview

As a Frontend Engineer at First Orion, you will build and evolve enterprise web applications that empower carriers and internal teams to manage brands, programs, and reporting. You’ll work within a cross-region, collaborative tech environment to deliver scalable, user-friendly interfaces and analytics dashboards. Your work supports trusted, branded calling experiences and customers’ operational workflows. This role offers impact across products and regions, with emphasis on quality, performance, and modern frontend practices.

Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain modern web apps using Vue.js and related technologies
  • Create enterprise portal experiences for customers and internal teams
  • Integrate frontend with REST APIs and Spring Boot backend services
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to deliver scalable UX
  • Build analytics and reporting interfaces for business metrics
  • Contribute to architecture, performance, and frontend best practices
  • Troubleshoot issues across the stack and participate in code reviews
  • Support new feature development across multiple products and customer-facing apps
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular)
  • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend practices
  • Experience building responsive, user-friendly interfaces
  • Understanding of software design principles and architecture
  • Experience in Agile environments
