Frontend Software Engineer

You will grow as a web-focused engineer within our XP Platform, shaping the customer-facing web experience. Join a collaborative team that sets the design system and core UI patterns used across Capital on Tap products. You’ll learn from seniors, own features end-to-end, and contribute to a smoother developer and customer experience. • Build and maintain components, features and shared packages in React and TypeScript with guidance from senior engineers
• Collaborate with Design to implement the design system for a consistent user experience
• Contribute to in-flight migrations (AntD to Base UI) and adopt Zustand, React Hook Form and Zod
• Write unit, integration and visual tests for shipped work
• Triage bugs and production issues to understand real-world platform behavior
• Participate in refinement and planning, providing technical input on tasks
• Experiment with AI tools to improve daily work and share learnings

• Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript or modern JavaScript
• Solid engineering fundamentals in any stack
• Genuine interest in web development and good UX
• Good testing habits or willingness to develop them
