Frontier AI Project Lead - Post-Training & Data Evaluation

Appen Limited is seeking a Strategic Project Lead – AI Post-Training to guide AI data programs and frontier model improvements. You will own delivery, define data requirements, and work with clients and internal teams to translate research needs into actionable workflows.

This role focuses on end-to-end project management, quality standards for data and evaluation outputs, and building reusable guidelines. You will mentor Operations Specialists and help shape new capabilities in a fast-evolving
