Overview
In this role you will lead the creation of a scalable FSQRN data and reporting framework for EMEA & UK, turning fragmented data into a unified view of performance against FSMS standards. You will design Power BI dashboards to reveal trends and risks, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and actionable insights. Your work enables proactive risk identification, resource prioritisation, and continuous improvement across global standards. Responsibilities- Lead development of a scalable FSQRN data and reporting framework across EMEA & UK
- Design and build Power BI dashboards for FSQRN performance, trends and risks
- Analyse data to identify patterns and intervention opportunities
- Collaborate with FSQ, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory and licensee stakeholders to ensure data quality
- Drive automation and continuous improvement of reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize complex datasets
- Storytelling capability to translate data into insights
- High attention to detail with focus on data accuracy, integrity and governance
- Advanced Power BI expertise including dashboard development, data modelling, and best practices
- Experience building reporting frameworks from data inputs and integrating multiple sources
- Experience working with cross-functional and external stakeholders to drive data collection and alignment
- Industry experience in food, retail or supply chain
- Degree in Food Science, Data Analytics or a related field (preferred)
