Full-Stack AI Research Intern

Build full-stack software for AI research at Concordia University in Canada, using web development and large language model technologies. This funded internship supports research and development projects.

As an Intern in Full-stack Development, you will support software engineering, data analytics, and artificial intelligence projects. Your work spans LLM training, evaluation, deployment, web applications, AI integration, and dataset preparation. The internship is with Emad Shihab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to end-to-end training of large language models
• Evaluate and deploy large language models
• Develop and maintain web applications
• Integrate artificial intelligence capabilities into applications
• Prepare and process datasets for research projects

Requirements:

• Knowledge of machine learning and statistics
• Knowledge of LLM frameworks and tools
• PyTorch or Hugging Face knowledge is an asset
• Data pipelines, Docker, or cloud deployment experience is an asset
• Technical writing experience is an asset
