IT Technical Analyst (Full Stack Development & Application Support)

About the Role

Our client is seeking an IT Technical Analyst who combines strong development skills with hands-on application support experience. This position supports critical manufacturing and warehouse operations and requires someone who is equally comfortable developing enhancements, troubleshooting user issues, and providing technical support for business-critical systems.

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with warehouse teams, business stakeholders, IT leadership, and third-party vendors to maintain, support, and improve operational applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support and end-user assistance for warehouse and manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot application, database, and system issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
• Work directly with business users to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Support integrations and third-party applications used within manufacturing and distribution operations.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase system efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
• Participate in a rotating on-call support schedule for business-critical systems.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Application Support, Technical Support, Software Development, or Technical Analyst roles.
• C#
• SQL Server / T-SQL
• Strong experience supporting end users and troubleshooting production issues.
• Experience working with SQL databases, stored procedures, query optimization, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or distribution industry experience.
• Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• SSIS, SSRS, or Power BI experience.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Experience working in a 24/7 operational environment.
