Full Stack Business Systems Developer

Build internal applications at Grantek using full-stack development and API integrations to support global operations. This new position works across cross-functional technical teams.

As a Business Systems Developer, you will design, build, and maintain internal digital solutions. Your work spans business applications, workflows, third-party integrations, and automation. Grantek’s environment includes IT, Platform Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Business Process teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop internal applications, workflows, and digital tools
• Build CRM, ERP, HRIS, Finance, and PM integrations
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Implement secure coding practices and participate in reviews
• Troubleshoot defects, integration failures, and system errors

Requirements:

• Experience with backend, frontend, and scripting development
• Strong REST, GraphQL, webhook, and integration knowledge
• Familiarity with Azure or other cloud environments
• Experience with Git and GitHub Enterprise
• Knowledge of SQL, database design, and data modeling
