Full Stack Data Portal Engineer — Hybrid Work

EMBL-EBI is seeking a software engineer to develop data portals for biodiversity projects on the Wellcome Genome Campus. You will support data curation, validation, and distribution, build project portals, and extend web portals to fit consortium needs.

You will work with large communities, implement metadata standards, APIs, and containerised workflows, and collaborate with the Genome Analysis Team Leader. Strong English communication is essential.
