Full Stack Developer

Work Mode: Onsite (day 1 onboarding onsite/in-office presence required 3x/week)

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex software systems and applications, setting high standards for quality and innovation.
  • Leverage Generative AI tools and coding assistants to enhance development velocity and solution quality.
  • Deliver solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
  • Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Participate in Agile meetings, deliver project status, and adapt to evolving regulatory and business requirements.
  • Learn, improve, and apply company's proprietary frameworks and best practices.
  • Write comprehensive tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
  • Respond proactively to change, mastering new technical and business concepts as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of development experience with proven ability to write optimized, efficient, and clean code.
  • Proficiency in Core Java, Java EE, Spring/SpringBoot, Web Services, and Relational databases.
  • Experience with UI development frameworks (preferably Angular, React, etc.).
  • Experience with AI coding assistants like copilot, using Agent mode, Skills, etc., for software development, automation, reporting, or analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing complex, large-scale distributed systems and microservices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and clear communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to write thorough unit tests covering all major logic components, preferably using coding assistant.
  • Ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives and understand the financial aspects of technology decisions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipeline management, containerization, observability tools.
  • Understanding of serverless architecture.
  • Competency with source control systems (preferably git), CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ensuring streamlined development processes.
  • Exposure to JIRA or other ALM tools.
  • Basic understanding of Linux and Shell scripting.
