Full-time Remote (Canada) or Calgary Application & Web Development

What you'd do

  • Deliver a tested, working increment every two-week cycle
  • Contribute to discovery: prototypes, estimates, and technical shaping
  • Own accessibility and performance on the features you build
  • Write handover documentation clients can actually use

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years building and maintaining production web applications
  • Strong TypeScript, React, and Next.js; comfortable with a backend language
  • Care about accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) and testing
  • Consulting or agency experience is a plus, not a requirement
