In this role you will drive delivery of core e-trading inventory functionalities while shaping future architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality and regulatory alignment, and lead automated testing and CI/CD initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of the business book of work with an emphasis on future-state architecture
  • Champion CI/CD and developer-led automated testing to improve quality
  • Drive SDLC, agile and DevOps improvements using DORA metrics
  • Participate in design, planning and estimation discussions
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and maintain project documentation
  • Oversee coding standards, testing, debugging, and implementation practices
  • Manage production support and collaborate with operations and stakeholders
  • Analyze issue patterns to drive process and product improvements
  • Provide guidance to mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work
  • Assess risk in decisions to protect Citi’s reputation and assets
Key requirements
  • Java and Test-Driven Development (essential)
  • React front-end development
  • Extensive experience in system analysis and software programming
  • Project management experience delivering successful, maintainable solutions
  • SME in at least one Applications Development area
  • Ability to work autonomously and in fast-paced environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with additional technologies is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred
