The Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to build and deploy production-grade AI agents. This is a hands-on engineering role with exposure to the full product lifecycle, from understanding customer problems and designing solutions to building, evaluating, launching and improving AI-powered systems in production. You will work closely with customers, product teams and other engineers while contributing to the core platform.

What You'll Do

• Design and ship production-grade AI agents and workflows
• Build scalable backend and full-stack systems using Python and Go
• Own features through discovery, development, evaluation, deployment and ongoing improvement
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their processes and technical requirements
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems and applications
• Design schemas, workflows and evaluation frameworks
• Identify recurring customer needs and help turn them into reusable platform capabilities
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in a fast-moving environment

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling production software
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals, including algorithms and data modelling
• Strong experience with Python, with exposure to Go highly desirable
• Experience building end-to-end production systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with ambiguous requirements
• A hands-on, ownership-driven approach to engineering
• Comfort working directly with customers and technical stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience building or deploying LLM, GenAI systems in production
• Knowledge of AI agents, RAG, MCP or prompt engineering
• Experience integrating enterprise applications such as HRIS, ITSM or ERP platforms
• Experience with authentication and enterprise integrations
• Experience working with distributed teams or multi-tenant SaaS products
• Startup, founder or founding-engineer experience
