The Role


Working closely with an experienced CTO, you'll take ownership of building, delivering and maintaining production software.


You'll be responsible for:



  • Developing and maintaining reliable, high-quality full-stack applications.

  • Using AI coding agents extensively to accelerate development.

  • Managing parallel AI-assisted development workflows.

  • Reviewing, testing and validating AI-generated code.

  • Taking ownership of code quality, delivery and ongoing improvements.


What We're Looking For



  • Commercial software engineering experience with strong development fundamentals.

  • Extensive, hands‑on experience using AI coding agents as part of your everyday workflow.

  • Experience delivering and maintaining production‑quality software.

  • A proactive, curious approach and a genuine enthusiasm for AI‑driven development.

  • Someone who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a fast‑moving startup environment.

  • How effectively you use AI to build great software matters more than your familiarity with a particular framework.
