In this role you will build and deliver full-stack software for a white-labeled wealth management platform used by wealth managers. You’ll work closely with product, operations and security to ship scalable, high-quality solutions. Responsibilities
  • Hands-on full-stack design, build, test, and deployment of applications
  • Write high-quality code for front-end and back-end, contributing to core deliverables
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and security teams to deliver scalable solutions
  • Lead by example with coding, testing, debugging, and deployment practices
  • Automate and improve the software development lifecycle with modern engineering practices
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategy
  • Mentor junior developers through technical leadership and knowledge sharing
  • Ensure security, compliance, performance and reliability standards
  • Manage project timelines with stakeholders while remaining hands-on
  • Balance leadership with direct technical contribution to progress work
Key requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • Extensive hands-on full-stack development experience
  • Finance domain experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, Flutter, Dart)
  • Back-end tech: Java, Spring Framework, Oracle, MongoDB, SQL
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps, and SDLC processes
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools and automation
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with ownership and execution
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver production-ready software in a fast-paced setting
