Overview

As a Full Stack Software Engineer you will help expand a live fintech platform backed by the CTO, delivering end-to-end features and AI-powered enhancements. You will join a small, hands-on team that shapes architecture as the platform scales. You’ll work with modern tech and advocate for AI tooling to drive rapid delivery, reliability and security. This is a chance to influence technical direction while building a market-ready product.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build and ship features end-to-end across the platform
  • Expand the stack with new services and integrations, including LLM-powered capabilities
  • Champion the use of AI development tools and help the team maximise value
  • Contribute to architecture decisions as the platform scales
  • Write clean, well-tested code and review peers’ work
  • Debug, profile and improve performance, reliability and security
Key requirements
  • TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node, PostgreSQL and AWS
  • Strong coding fundamentals: data structures, API design, testing, version control
  • Fanatical user of AI coding tools and awareness of the AI tooling space
  • Experience building with or integrating LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) or related personal projects
  • Thrives in a small team and can wear multiple hats
  • Comfort working in London office Tuesday-Thursday
