Mid-Level Software Developer - Berkshire

We’re working with an innovative technology business within the financial services industry.

They’re looking for a Mid-Level Software Developer to join their team, working across product development, R&D and the continued evolution of their platform.

What you’ll be doing

  • Work with Node.js, React, MongoDB and Redis
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerised environments
  • Work with AI-assisted development and agentic coding tools
  • Review AI-generated code for security, performance and quality
  • Work closely with product and business stakeholders
  • Work within an Agile/Scrum environment

What we’re looking for

  • Full-stack development experience with React
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git and build systems
  • Experience with automated testing and software quality
  • Comfortable working with AI development tooling
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
