Full Stack Engineer - AI Engineering - New Capabilities

In this role you will embed with customer teams to translate real-world scheduling challenges into optimization models and deliver working AI-enabled solutions at enterprise scale. You will work at the intersection of our optimization engine and customer environments, iterating quickly under deadlines. Your work directly shapes product improvements and customer outcomes, leveraging AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building production AI-powered scheduling solutions that impact planning at scale.

• Partner with customers to convert real-world scheduling problems into optimization models
• Configure, extend and debug the core scheduling engine against live datasets
• Build and iterate new solutions with customer teams under tight deadlines
• Feed field learnings back to the core product and engineering teams to improve the platform

• Strong software engineering background, ideally in C#/.NET; comfortable with large codebases
• Hands-on experience with optimization techniques (constraint programming, mathematical/linear programming, or algorithm development)
• Comfortable working directly with customers: gathering requirements, explaining trade-offs, presenting results
• Bias toward shipping; able to iterate quickly under ambiguity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for real-world constraints
