Overview

You will build and ship end-to-end AI-enabled product features, bridging frontend, backend and AI capabilities. You’ll work in a small, high-calibre team to design reliable, consistent AI-driven workflows in real usage. Expect challenges around non-deterministic behaviour, failure handling and real-time interactions with AI systems. Responsibilities
  • Develop end-to-end product features across frontend and backend
  • Design and implement agent workflows including planning, tool usage, failure handling and recovery
  • Integrate LLMs, memory and external systems into user-facing flows
  • Enable real-time interactions with streaming responses and partial updates
  • Ensure reliability and graceful fallback within the product experience
Key requirements
  • Proven production experience shipping end-to-end features
  • Experience with AI-powered applications beyond simple API usage
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, failure and recovery in AI workflows
  • Strong full-stack capability across frontend and backend
  • Experience with Next.js/React, Python and/or Node.js
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)
