Overview

In this role, you will build and improve full-stack applications using TypeScript, with Go exposure, within an AI-first engineering environment. You’ll collaborate with product, data science, research, and engineering to deliver valuable solutions and to review AI-generated code for quality. You own testing, edge cases, and code quality across all production methods. You’ll help shape scalable architecture and engineering standards while contributing to evolving development practices. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of product thinking and AI-assisted software delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and improve full-stack applications using TypeScript (Go exposure beneficial)
  • Work with AI-powered development tools as a core part of workflow
  • Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code for quality, performance, and maintainability
  • Own testing, edge cases, and code quality across production methods
  • Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Research, and Engineering to deliver valuable solutions
  • Contribute to development workflows and continuously improve engineering practices
  • Help shape technical decisions while maintaining scalable architecture and standards
Key requirements
  • Commercial software engineering experience
  • Strong TypeScript experience across modern web applications
  • Angular frontend framework experience (preferred)
  • Exposure to Go is beneficial
  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
  • Product-minded with focus on user problems and valuable outcomes
  • Experience writing clean, testable, production-ready code and code reviews
  • Full development lifecycle experience including testing and CI/CD
  • Frontend testing experience with Playwright or Cypress
  • Excellent communication, collaborative approach, good organization, and adaptability
