- 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience with React (Next.js a plus)
- Strong eye for quality and detail
- Core stack: Python, Django, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, React/Next.js
- Pragmatic and customer-focused; delivering value over perfect architecture
- Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders; translate business needs into technical decisions
