Overview

In this role you will build and integrate modern full-stack applications that expose advanced computer vision and AI capabilities to customers. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to shape product architecture and ensure production-grade delivery for real-world deployments. The position offers influence over technology choices and product direction in a customer-facing, growth-oriented environment. Your work directly supports the use of cutting-edge AI in demanding domains, including defence and security.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop modern, responsive full stack applications
  • Build intuitive user interfaces for AI and computer vision workflows
  • Develop applications for image analysis, video review and AI visualisation
  • Create tools for generating and managing ML training datasets
  • Integrate AI capabilities with existing customer systems
  • Develop software interfaces and workflows to improve processes
  • Collaborate with Python, C++ and AI Engineers across the development lifecycle
  • Contribute to software architecture, technical direction and technology choices
  • Build scalable, maintainable, and well-tested production software
  • Support demonstrations, field trials and secure customer deployments
Key requirements
  • At least three years of commercial full stack development experience
  • Strong Python development skills
  • Commercial experience using Django and/or Flask
  • Front-end development with HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
  • Experience integrating different software applications, APIs or customer systems
  • Experience developing integrated workflows and understanding data flows between systems
  • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
  • Experience delivering reliable, production-quality software
  • Strong software engineering practices including Git, automated testing, code reviews and CI/CD
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions
