Full Stack Python React Developer

Build performant product features with Python and React at AlayaCare in Montreal, using AWS within a hybrid Data team environment.

This Full Stack Developer role focuses on software development rather than data engineering. You will design, code, test, and debug complex software while contributing to roadmap initiatives, automated testing, monitoring, and reliability. The team prepares data for domain applications, keeping loads aligned with application code and consumption patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, and debug complex software
• Contribute to code reviews and technical roadmap initiatives
• Implement automated tests validating quality results
• Monitor production applications and resolve client issues
• Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews

Requirements:

• Two to three years of professional software engineering experience
• Python and JavaScript development with unit testing
• Vue preferred, with AWS and Docker familiarity
• CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions or similar
• SQL database querying and strong debugging skills
