Overview
In this role you will co-create AI-powered, production-ready software for global clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate ML outputs into scalable systems. You will own parts of the tech stack, balancing rapid prototyping with maintainability, and mentor others to uphold engineering excellence. You’ll act as the technical authority for full-stack work within delivery units, guiding customers through complex architectures. This is a chance to contribute to responsible AI at scale within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

- Build reliable, scalable frontend and backend architectures to deliver advanced AI systems
- Lead engineers within cross-functional teams alongside Data Scientists and Product Managers
- Design robust project frameworks balancing speed and maintainability
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and guidance
- Serve as primary technical authority for full-stack development within the delivery unit
- Provide deep technical expertise to customers for architectural scoping and requirements
- Extensive experience with TypeScript and frontend frameworks (React or Vue)
- Strong backend skills in Python or TypeScript frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
- Experience deploying software in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and with Docker
- Scientific, pragmatic mindset; ability to work autonomously in fast-paced settings
