Full Stack Software Engineer II

Build full-stack fintech software remotely from Mexico using modern languages, AWS, APIs, databases, and AI-powered development tools.

As a Software Engineer II at Spring Financial, you will independently deliver production-grade features across the stack. You will connect technical decisions with customer outcomes while working with APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and front-end components. Your work supports financial platforms used by hundreds of thousands of Canadians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own feature and service delivery from design through operations
• Build, test, deploy, and maintain production software
• Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders
• Identify edge cases and develop graceful failure handling
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical discussions

Requirements:

• Proficiency in modern languages and frameworks
• Working knowledge of AWS services and deployment pipelines
• Experience with distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and full-stack development
• Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, and DevOps practices
• Ability to work remotely using compliant personal equipment
