Full-Stack Tech Lead: Vue, APIs, Cloud & DevOps

The Full Stack Tech Lead will be responsible for leading the development of scalable web and mobile applications, ensuring best practices in front-end and back-end development, cloud integration, and DevOps automation. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead front-end development using Vue.js and associated frameworks.

• Drive back-end development leveraging .NET, Node.js, or Java for robust services.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless database integration.

• Oversee cloud deployments and DevOps processes including CI/CD and containerization.

• Ensure adherence to accessibility standards and web performance best practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance to the development team.

• Maintain high standards of code quality through unit and integration testing.

• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with Vue.js.

• Expertise in Tailwind CSS, Vuetify 3, Vitest, and Accessibility (A11y).

• Knowledge or experience developing mobile applications using React Native.

• Experience with .NET, Node.js, or Java for backend services.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database integration.

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.

• Strong unit testing and integration testing experience.

• Familiarity with SASS, W3C Web Standards, and Web Performance.

• Proficiency in Webpack.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

• Technical writing and documentation skills.
