Overview

In this role you contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Moneycorp website and digital ecosystem. You will bridge front-end and back-end work to deliver a scalable, high-performing, customer-centric online experience in collaboration with Design, Marketing and RevOps. You’ll focus on improving templates, pages and integrations, while supporting analytics, SEO, and CRO initiatives. This is a growth-position with accountability across the stack, shaping continuous website improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and update website templates, components and landing pages
  • Build, test and deploy front-end features using HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript
  • Support back-end development including APIs, data handling and server-side logic
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility and performance optimization
  • Manage integrations across forms, HubSpot, CRM systems, analytics, and tracking tools
  • Collaborate with RevOps to ensure accurate data flows and measurement across the funnel
  • Support CRO initiatives, including A/B testing setup and analysis
  • Implement technical SEO/AEO updates and use analytics tools for UX/SEO improvements
  • Work with Designers and Marketing to translate UI/UX into responsive experiences
  • Debug and resolve issues, participate in code reviews, and maintain documentation
  • Monitor competitor sites for UX and best practices; share improvement ideas
Key requirements
  • Hands-on experience building production-ready user interfaces with React
  • Experience with Node.js, Express, APIs and databases
  • Experience with CMS platforms (Contentful)
  • Understanding of technical SEO/AEO principles
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager and HubSpot
  • Experience using Git and collaborative codebases
