Full-time Attorney

C. is a law firm defending employers in Workers’ Compensation and defendants in General Liability matters. Successful Midwestern law firm is seeking an Attorney to handle defending and litigating general liability claims in our St. Louis, Missouri office.
Job functions include litigating cases through all phases on behalf of employers and insurers, management of individual caseload, drafting pleadings and conducting legal research as needed, negotiations for settlement, and attending hearings, trials, depositions, oral arguments, mediations, arbitrations and other proceedings.
Experience defending general liability claims, defense litigation or workers compensation claims.
