Full-Time IT Helpdesk Technician - Onsite in Toronto

Spectrum Health Care in Toronto is hiring a full-time Junior IT Helpdesk Technician to provide first-line support for hardware, software and network issues. This position is in-office with scheduled shift coverage.

You will handle incoming calls, emails and tickets, configure software, manage user accounts and assist mobile devices, printers, and security practices while delivering excellent customer service to Spectrum staff and affiliates.
