Sargon Law Group represents people injured by someone else’s negligence. The practice covers car, truck, motorcycle, rideshare, pedestrian, and bicycle crashes, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death across Arizona, with additional offices serving clients in California, Colorado, Florida and New Mexico. Clients get direct attorney access, and bilingual staff are part of the team.
We need a personal injury attorney who can run a caseload from intake through demand, litigation, and resolution. Own a caseload of pre-litigation and litigation files and keep every client current on status, treatment, and next steps.
• Investigate liability, preserve evidence, work up medical damages, and wage loss, and help build a demand the carrier has to answer.
• Draft and argue pleadings, discovery, disclosures, motions in limine, and motions for summary judgment. Comply with ethical rules, advertising limits, and firm policy on confidential client information.
2+ years of personal injury experience, plaintiff-side preferred. Clear written and spoken English. Spanish is a plus.
• Day-to-day ownership of the file sits with the attorney. Compensation is salary plus performance bonus tied to resolved cases.
