Fullstack Developer

As a Fullstack Developer at HRT, you contribute to both platform tooling and product-facing features, enabling scalable data ingestion, processing, and real-time visualization for traders and researchers. You work closely with Algo Developers and traders to build end-to-end solutions, from backend data pipelines to UIs. You’ll engage across teams to refine requirements, drive impact, and evolve our in-house distributed framework. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge trading systems and a collaborative, impact-driven culture.

• Contribute to an in-house distributed-compute framework for large-scale, multi-team use
• Develop backend processes and UIs for traders to oversee trading activities, assess risk, and perform manual trades
• Own projects end-to-end from ideation to refinement and support
• Architect web-based tooling using React and Python to surface insights and enable real-time actions

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with Python and React
• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
