Overview
As a Full Stack Software Engineer III at JPMorganChase within the Corporate Technology's Regulatory Risk Team, you design and deliver secure, scalable technology products that support the firm’s objectives. You work as an experienced member of an agile team across multiple tech areas, tackling complex problems and producing high-quality production code. You leverage enterprise AI-assisted development tools and contribute to architecture, data insights, and continuous improvement. This role offers meaningful impact in regulatory risk through robust software systems.
Responsibilities- Execute software design, development, and debugging with non-routine problem solving in mind
- Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain relevant algorithms
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to improve quality, speed, and productivity, with peer review and secure coding validation
- Utilize SDLC tools and automation to enhance value and delivery
- Produce architecture/design artifacts for complex applications and ensure design constraints are met
- Analyze large data sets to visualize and report for software improvements
- Proactively identify data patterns and hidden issues to improve coding hygiene and system architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, React, Python, and SQL
- Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Experience coding in a large corporate environment with modern languages and data querying
- Experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and evaluating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security
- Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, data sensitivity, security expectations, and resiliency
