Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ mental and emotional states to identify areas of concern.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans through a comprehensive understanding of clients' needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Facilitate individual counseling sessions for a wide range of clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods.
  • Coordinate and lead couples therapy sessions focused on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and nurturing relationships.
  • Regularly monitor client progress and modify treatment plans to ensure alignment with therapeutic goals.
  • Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining comprehensive records to ensure effective continuity of care.
  • Engage with multidisciplinary teams, advocating for collaborative approaches to mental health care.
  • Stay abreast of developments in the field to apply the latest methodologies to your practice.
  • Participate in professional development workshops and training to continually enhance skills.
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary and prepare strategies for emergency mental health situations.
  • Support clients in navigating the mental health system and accessing additional community services as needed.
  • Encourage and model self-care practices, fostering resilience both in yourself and your clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Must possess an independent and active state-issued license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Eligible candidates must have experience providing individual and/or couples therapy within a community health framework.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience working in a mental health setting.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapeutic tools is advantageous.
  • Previous experience with crisis intervention and management is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time remote position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, new hires will benefit from a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Employees are entitled to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
