Job details

As a Functional Analyst, you will bridge business needs and delivered solutions. You will support stakeholders through requirement definition, prioritization, and validation of the delivered solution.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements.
• Produce clear and structured functional specifications.
• Support design workshops and client demonstrations.
• Validate deliverables with users and project teams.
• Ensure alignment between client processes and the proposed solution.

What we are looking for

• Experience in functional analysis within IT or EAM environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and synthesis skills.
• Ability to structure information and manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of maintenance or asset management operations.
• Knowledge of Maximo or a similar enterprise platform is appreciated.
