Functional Architecture Advisor, Financial Systems

• Analyze, define, and evolve business requirements in alignment with strategic and technology directions.
• Design, document, and recommend functional and system solutions for internal clients.
• Consider sustainability, performance, security, and integration within the existing ecosystem.
• Define business requirements, functional rules, data transformation rules, interfaces, reports, and dashboards.
• Analyze functional, operational, and system impacts of proposed changes.
• Prepare and present recommendations and solution scenarios to diverse audiences.
• Liaise between business sectors, delivery teams, technology partners, and external vendors.
• Evaluate new applications, features, and technology capabilities.

Requirements

• Holds a university degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Functional Architect in the accounting field.
• Strong understanding of ERP solutions, preferably Oracle, within a financial environment.
• Solid understanding of accounting processes.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent command of French.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Ability to analyze and prepare reports in English and collaborate with English-speaking partners daily.
