Key Responsibilities: • Spearhead functional design and coordination of projects • Analyze and improve PeopleSoft module configurations • Coordinate functional testing, including user acceptance phases • Guide team members in issue resolution processes • Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards
Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years leading functional initiatives • At least 5 years in QA methodologies • Advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.2 and integration • Experience with HR/Payroll system functions • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
