In this role you will capture and define requirements for a growing defence portfolio, develop system and software requirements, and support product line development and engineering change. You will act as the customer for specific software elements and collaborate with stakeholders to drive complex systems work. You’ll apply established tools to manage requirements and ensure clear communication across teams, contributing to customer-focused outcomes. This is a hybrid role in Bristol offering exposure to high-impact engineering challenges.

Responsibilities
- Capture and define customer requirements for systems and software
- Develop system and software requirements documents
- Support product line development and engineering change management
- Act as the customer for specific software elements
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements communication and alignment
Key requirements
- Experience in requirements management and systems engineering
- Knowledge of DOORS, DOORS NG or Rhapsody
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with engineering change management and complex systems development
- Defence industry and product line experience is desirable
