In this role you will support the development, certification and delivery of a sophisticated defence system across UK and international programmes. You will analyse technical evidence, drive verification and validation activities, and demonstrate compliance against requirements, collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams. The role emphasizes handling certification evidence, improving processes, and enabling delivery of critical capability. Responsibilities
  • Capture, review and assess technical evidence to support customer deliveries
  • Conduct technical investigations and support formal certification activities
  • Review technical documentation and functional evidence
  • Review and agree Design Verification Plans (DVPs)
  • Support design reconciliation related to design change and obsolescence
  • Collaborate with Systems, Mechanical, Electrical and Software Engineering teams
  • Identify verification gaps, track issues and support corrective actions
  • Prepare and review compliance documentation, verification reports and certification evidence
  • Drive process improvements and automation in ways of working
Key requirements
  • Experience analyzing technical evidence and assessing compliance against requirements
  • Knowledge of Verification & Validation (V&V) processes and methodologies
  • Experience preparing compliance documentation and certification evidence
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and technical communication skills
  • Experience using IBM Rational DOORS Classic
