We are working with a Real Estate Investment Fund that is in need a Fund Controller with Yardi experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Fund Accounting: Manage day-to-day fund accounting operations, capital calls, and cash distributions.
  • Yardi System Management: Utilize Yardi Voyager or investment modules to process transactions, run general ledgers, and automate workflows.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and fund-level performance reports.
  • Audits & Compliance: Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for annual audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Investor Relations: Assist with communication regarding investor statements, metrics, and inquiries


Qualifications :

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive fund accounting or controller experience, preferably in real estate or private equity.
  • Software: Strong proficiency in Yardi accounting platforms and advanced Excel skills. xhqgsiq
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
