Fund Controller Financial Reporting

Lead financial reporting and fund accounting at Standish, using Excel and capital account expertise to support private equity clients. Local client travel may be required.

As Fund Controller, you will work with team members and the Engagement Manager on client financial reporting and administration. The work covers fund accounting, capital account maintenance, financial statement preparation, and investor reporting. Previous private equity or venture capital experience and partnership accounting knowledge are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise audit and tax preparation processes
• Prepare data for capital calls, distributions, and allocations
• Track portfolio company financings in detail
• Manage and forecast cash flow
• Maintain investor information in third-party systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics preferred
• Two or more years of public accounting experience
• CPA certification is a plus
• Partnership accounting knowledge preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
