Funds Associate, 2-5PQE

Rutherford are partnered with a leading US firm who are seeking a Funds Associate at 2-5PQE to join their London team. The work will include private fund formation and fundraising across private equity, venture capital, growth equity, infrastructure and private debt alongside GP and LP-led secondary transactions.

The firm has strong technology and venture capital credentials with experience on both sides of funds negotiations with a long-term interest in their client's development. Working under a range of partners, you will access top-quality knowledge and training and be able to work on matters at the forefront of the market.

With a truly international team, working from offices across the United States, the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia, their investment management team includes several former officials from key global organizations.

• at least two years' PQE in private funds work
• experience gained from a leading US or UK practice
• a willingness to engage in business development
• a strong academic record
