Funds Flow Staff Accountant

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the full-time Funds Flow Staff Accountant will manage monthly close processes, accounts payable, and compliance tasks while entering journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting with special projects. Key responsibilities Prepare journal entries and monthly bank and general ledger account reconciliations Analyze financial information and summarize results as requested by management Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required 1+ years of direct accounting experience required General knowledge of finance and accounting functions, including revenue and reconciliations Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Working knowledge of US GAAP and compliance with HIPAA regulations
