Overview

In this Analytics Engineer role, you design and implement a scalable, global reporting foundation built for multiple clients. You bridge abstract data architecture with production-ready SQL to power business intelligence. You will own high-performance dimensional modeling and ensure data integrity across a multi-region environment. You join a cross-functional Analytics Engineering team to enable fast, reliable analytics at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the transition to a multi-tenant dimensional model that scales for global clients
  • Develop and optimize high-quality SQL scripts to transform raw data into clean tables
  • Design data structures that support high volume, cross-region delivery
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and elegant data models
  • Test and optimize SQL queries and transformations to ensure reliability and fast end-user queries
Key requirements
  • Advanced SQL mastery (writing, tuning, debugging, window functions, CTEs)
  • Stakeholder management and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Engineering mindset with focus on clean, modular, reusable code
  • Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Problem-solving and attention to detail
  • SQL optimization and query performance
  • Data modelling (Star Schema, Kimball)
