Overview

As Client Solution & Product Manager for Maritime FX, you’ll shape the treasury solutions for a fast-growing shipping-focused client segment. You will define vision, strategy and roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading FX and treasury capabilities. You’ll combine technology, analytics and operations to solve shipping-specific treasury problems and partner with clients to ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities
  • uncover major treasury pain points in the shipping space and propose tech-enabled solutions
  • define product vision, strategy and roadmap with cross-functional alignment
  • collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations and Dealing to deliver outcomes
  • identify high-impact opportunities in FX, derivatives, interest income and regional growth
  • gather requirements from clients and internal teams to create epics and user stories
  • perform market and competitor analysis to inform the product roadmap
  • develop deep understanding of treasury management and related legal technology workflows
  • build and integrate in-house services with third-party systems
Key requirements
  • experience with treasury products (FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, cash management)
  • background in shipping or cross-border financial services
  • familiarity with fintech treasury management systems and finance tech stacks
  • experience with cash management products and solutions (money market funds, cash pooling, deposit optimization)
  • multiple years in product building or hands-on leadership in operations
  • ability to build roadmaps from uncertainty to clarity and drive improvements
  • experience translating financial requirements into product specs
