In this role you will design and rapidly implement technical foundations for gameplay prototypes that rely on agentic workflows and generative models. You will build internal tools and pipelines that enable designers and researchers to experiment with complex AI systems. You will lead the integration of streaming models into game environments, innovatively concealing latency and probabilistic inconsistencies. You will collaborate with designers and researchers to overcome early-stage technical bottlenecks and maintain fast, flexible pipelines for rapid prototyping. Responsibilities- Design and implement foundational gameplay prototype systems using agentic workflows and generative models
- Build internal tools, scaffolding, and workflows for experimental AI pipelines
- Lead integration of small- and large-scale streaming models into game environments and manage latency/consistency challenges
- Collaborate with designers and researchers to unblock early-stage projects
- Create compliant data management and model testing pipelines balancing stability and speed
- Contribute to 0-to-1 prototypes and cross-functional projects with rapid iteration
- Bachelor in Computer Science (or related field)
- 5 years of experience in C++, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience working with cross-functional partners to scope and unblock features
- Experience architecting core gameplay mechanics, tooling, or greenfield systems
- Experience shipping a game across its full lifecycle (prototype to release)
